Young Brothers Emerge ~  (Male Program ) Phase I:

This is a 16 week gender specific diversion  program designed to empower young ladies and young men  ages 12 – 18 to make decisions that will be life saving and healthy.

 

Including weekly interactive group educational sessions that are accountability based and youth culturally competent.

 

Community Service ~ Creative Therapeutic Arts (Visual, Martial Science, Drumming) ~ Exposure Trips ~ Tutoring ~ Monthly Family Day Events ~ Bus Tickets provided ~ Light refreshments are served.

Sister Circle ~ Phase II:  Female Initiation for Golden Ciphers Rites of Passage /Leadership Training.

Brother’s Cipher ~ Phase II:   Young Men’s  Initiation for Golden Ciphers Rites of Passage /Leadership Training.

EET (Entrepreneurial and Employment Training):  Youth learn the skills it takes to start their own business, and skills to secure and retain employment.

Additional program components include Drum Troope,  Creative Writing  & Poetry Team, Edutainment Team, PSW’s (Peer Support Workers), Martial Arts , Ohio Youth For Justice Team and Book Club.
